This policy explains what personal data MageForge ("we", "us") collects through mageforge.dev, why we collect it and what rights you have. We collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry and never sell your data.

What we collect and why

Website statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, network security and spam protection of the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks browser and device signals to tell people from bots) and cookie-free website statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Resend — delivery of contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Cal.com — scheduling of calls booked through the website.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep data
Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 12 months. If we start working together, correspondence is kept for as long as required by our contractual and legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- receive it in a portable format;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
