What if I need more hours than my plan?

Extra hours are billed at $50/hr and invoiced at the end of the month. I'll always notify you before going over.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. Unused hours don't carry over to the next month. This keeps the model sustainable and predictable for both sides.

Can I cancel anytime?

There's a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel with 30 days notice. No long lock-ins.

What does the free audit include?

A review of your Magento version, installed modules, codebase quality, performance baseline, and security status. You get a written summary with priorities.

Do you work with agencies (white-label)?

What's not included in a subscription?
